Job Summary

This role involves comprehensive responsibilities within the Civil Engineering Department of the City of Fulda, focusing primarily on road and structural engineering projects. The successful candidate will manage the construction, maintenance, operation, and administration of public roads, paths, and squares, including approximately 290 km of municipal, district, and state roads, as well as 71 traffic light systems. Key tasks include cost calculation and tracking for development, sewage, and road contributions, participation in development planning, and the remediation of contaminated sites. A degree in Civil Engineering, preferably with a specialization in road construction, is required, along with experience in planning, construction preparation, site supervision, and relevant building codes.
