Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated professional to join the S2P Solutions Hub Team, focusing on implementing change requests for the Coupa eProcurement platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for system configuration, adapting and creating approval workflows, and optimizing interfaces between Coupa and ERP systems. Key tasks also include planning and managing service releases and updates, reviewing release notes, and providing 3rd-level support for incidents and service requests. This position requires strong IT understanding, process-oriented thinking, and familiarity with P2P processes and e-procurement solutions like Coupa.
