Job Summary

This critical role involves driving digital transformation by analyzing, optimizing, and digitizing existing business processes across a leading construction group. The Project and Process Developer will primarily focus on the new conception of processes for all major internal software products, including ERP, PPS, calculation, workflow, and archiving systems. Responsibilities include leading and contributing to project teams to develop and implement these processes and manage interfaces between software solutions. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Business Informatics or possesses comparable practical experience, coupled with basic knowledge of application development and proficiency in MS SQL databases. This position requires strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and the ability to consult specialist departments to ensure process quality, increase economic efficiency, and contribute to the company's Digitalization 4.0 initiatives.
