Job Summary
This full-time role seeks an Onsite IT Service Technician to provide essential 2nd Level Support directly at the customer location in Finkenwerder. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving technical issues related to Windows Clients, iOS devices, and network/telecommunication systems. Daily tasks include processing various support tickets, including B/F, IMAC, and H+E tickets, and executing specific IT project assignments as needed. Key requirements include a minimum of one year of professional experience in Onsite Support, strong knowledge of current Windows operating systems, and proficiency with standard applications like Microsoft Office and Adobe products. This position requires independence, strong technical problem-solving skills, and mandatory English communication abilities at the Intermediate level, along with a Class B driving license to ensure mobility for onsite tasks.
