Job Summary
This role is for an IT Supporter who will serve as the primary point of contact for customer product inquiries. Day-to-day responsibilities include logging, classifying, and processing telephone inquiries via remote maintenance, escalating complex issues to 2nd-level support, and meticulously documenting all interactions within a ticketing system. The successful candidate will also contribute to the continuous optimization of support processes. This position is ideal for someone with a background in IT or customer service, strong IT affinity, and excellent communication skills.
