Job Summary

This role involves comprehensive IT infrastructure management for a police headquarters, focusing on the planning, configuration, implementation, and maintenance of critical IT systems. The specialist will be responsible for administering virtualization environments (VMware and HyperV), managing Windows Servers, Active Directory, and Exchange, and ensuring system high availability and security compliance. A key aspect of the job is proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and acting as Second-Level Support, bridging the gap between system administration and central technical teams.
