This role as a Lead Electrical Site Manager, based in Dortmund but working on exciting construction sites across Germany, is crucial for driving the energy transition within OMEXOM, a VINCI Energies brand. The successful candidate will support project management by coordinating subcontractors and assembly teams, taking direct responsibility for the installation of complex electrical infrastructure. Key tasks include erecting switchgear ranging from 0.4 kV up to 110 kV in substation and power plant projects, setting up auxiliary systems (AC/DC), and integrating protection, control cabinets, and sophisticated control technology components. Candidates must possess a completed electrical technician qualification, relevant professional experience, and either prior experience as a Senior Fitter/Site Manager or a strong readiness to assume leadership responsibility.
