As an SAP Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for SAP users, providing 1st and 2nd level support with a strong focus on Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. Your daily tasks will involve classifying and resolving incidents and service requests, assisting with critical operational business activities like month-end and year-end closings, and managing booking corrections. You'll also handle electronic payment transactions and creditor workflows, develop solutions and workarounds, and manage escalations to 3rd level support when necessary.
