This role involves developing and executing the international recruiting strategy for a healthcare network, primarily focusing on medical professional groups, especially nursing staff. The specialist will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for international candidates, from organizing and supporting interviews with leadership to handling complex administrative processes required for entry into Germany, such as the accelerated skilled worker procedure (§ 81a AufenthG). Key responsibilities include maintaining contact with recruited employees until their arrival, coordinating entry dates with different locations, and collaborating closely with integration officers. The ideal candidate holds a degree in fields like Nursing Management, Social Work, or HR Management, possesses practical experience in the healthcare sector, and is ready to quickly acquire deep knowledge of foreign and residence law.
