Job Summary

This role seeks a proactive Lead Electrical Technician to manage and guide a small team focused on electrical engineering and automation within an industrial setting. You will be responsible for the disciplinary and technical leadership of the team, overseeing the planning and execution of maintenance activities for critical production and electrical systems. A core function involves acting as the primary technical contact for electrical faults, ensuring rapid and sustainable solutions, and organizing statutory inspections. Furthermore, you will actively drive the company's future by advancing automation and digitalization initiatives and managing the departmental budget. Ideal candidates possess a Master Technician or Technician qualification in Electrical Engineering, coupled with extensive professional experience in industrial maintenance. Essential technical skills include control and regulation technology, basic PLC programming, regulated drive technology, and familiarity with E-CAD programs like EPLAN. Strong German and good English skills are required to succeed in this challenging leadership position.
