Job Summary

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional focused on ensuring the quality and functionality of electronic devices such as smartphones, tablets, and consoles within a rapidly growing European C2C marketplace environment. The Device Evaluation Expert will be responsible for conducting technical assessments, including diagnostic and functional tests, and performing essential quality controls to accurately document the condition and performance of the hardware and software. A core part of the job involves executing software updates and factory resets while strictly adhering to data protection guidelines. Furthermore, this expert will contribute to process improvement initiatives, helping to develop standardized workflows and automation solutions to scale operations. The position requires initial hands-on experience in device evaluation or repair, knowledge of basic electronic components, and strong organizational skills, reporting directly to the EVS Manager.
