Job Summary
This role involves overseeing the planning, control, and monitoring of IT services to optimize business processes. The IT Service Manager will define, implement, and control IT service management processes, methods, and standards, adhering to recognized frameworks like ITIL or COBIT. A key part of the role is creating and managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure service quality, availability, and security. The position requires strong communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, as well as leading and motivating a team of IT specialists. The manager will also be responsible for analyzing and improving customer satisfaction, service performance, and identifying and resolving IT service issues, disruptions, and risks. This is an opportunity to grow professionally within a dynamic environment, working on exciting projects for automotive OEMs and suppliers.
Required Skills
Education
University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field
Experience
- • Professional experience in IT service management, IT project management, or a similar role (advantageous)
