Job Summary
This role is for an IT Service Technician to join a specialized team focusing on customized office communication solutions, including IT infrastructure, voice recognition, and network systems. The successful candidate will serve as the primary contact for technical issues, providing crucial 1st-Level Support and performing essential on-site services, such as renewing customer IT solutions and handling small projects like installing Windows-based systems (PCs/notebooks) and configuring minor network devices (switches/routers). Key requirements include a completed technical education (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) and practical experience managing Windows environments and network technology.
