Job Summary

This role involves providing comprehensive tax and business consulting services to a diverse clientele, focusing heavily on structural advisory matters. Day-to-day tasks include managing ongoing tax and business inquiries, handling correspondence with the tax authorities, filing tax appeals, and supporting tax audits. A critical component of the job is advising clients on complex issues such as inheritance, gifts, succession planning, corporate transactions, and restructuring. The ideal candidate must possess a successfully completed Tax Consultant examination and strong knowledge of German tax law. They should be proficient in DATEV and MS Office tools, exhibiting a service-oriented, responsible, and engaged work ethic.
