Job Summary

This pivotal role as Tax Manager / Certified Tax Consultant requires leading a seven-person team in Hamburg, ensuring professional and timely handling of all tax matters across the German organization and its holding companies. You will be responsible for proactively identifying tax risks and opportunities, managing the effective tax rate and cash tax, and executing precise tax planning. Key duties include preparing Corporate Income Tax Reporting under IFRS, coordinating complex tax audits, managing compliance tasks (like sales tax pre-registrations and preparing tax balance sheets), and collaborating closely with the Group Tax department in Switzerland. Candidates must possess a university degree in Finance or Taxation, minimum five years of professional and leadership experience, and deep expertise in German and international tax law, coupled with solid IFRS and German tax accounting experience.
