Job Summary
This full-time, permanent position in Berlin seeks a qualified Materials Tester specializing in Metal Technology. The role involves performing non-destructive testing (NDT) using various methods, including Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Penetrant Testing (PT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Visual Testing (VT), Eddy Current Testing (ET), and Radiographic Testing (RT). Key responsibilities include the evaluation, interpretation, and precise documentation of test results, ensuring the highest quality standards are met. Candidates must possess a completed qualification as a Materials Tester (NDT) or Euro Materials Tester, hold DIN EN ISO 9712 certification, and be proficient in at least two NDT methods, ideally RT/UT. The role requires willingness to work in shifts (early, late, and night) and occasional domestic and international travel (1-2 times per year).
