Job Summary

This experienced Team Lead will spearhead the strategic development and operational security of the organization's critical network infrastructure, encompassing WLAN, LAN, and WAN systems, ensuring seamless 24/7 operation. Key responsibilities include leading, mentoring, and developing the dedicated IT team, managing resource allocation, handling budget planning, and implementing ITIL processes to maintain high service quality. The role involves leading network projects and coordinating external service providers. Candidates must possess a completed university degree in Computer Science or Communications Technology, coupled with over three years of professional experience in a comparable leadership position. Required technical expertise includes deep knowledge of network design, architecture, security, routing, switching, firewalling, and PAM/VPN technologies.
