Job Summary

This role seeks an Electrical Engineering Instructor to join an innovative vocational training center in Travemünde, part of the largest Chamber of Skilled Crafts in Northern Germany. The primary responsibility is imparting specialized knowledge to the next generation of skilled workers. Day-to-day tasks include conducting mandatory inter-company apprentice training sessions, developing and implementing continuing education formats, and leveraging digital tools for knowledge transfer. The ideal candidate holds a Master Electrician qualification or equivalent, coupled with the AdA certification (Trainer Aptitude Certificate), and possesses comprehensive, up-to-date knowledge of electrical engineering. Experience in adult education and digital media usage is highly desirable. This full-time public service position offers competitive compensation (up to EG 9a TV-L), 30 days of annual leave, and the unique benefit of working in a highly equipped facility near the sea, supporting the 'Mission Handwerk'.
