The specialist will be responsible for coordinating and performing comprehensive microbiological and analytical testing on raw materials and finished goods. Key daily tasks include sensory evaluation, product release management, detailed documentation of results, and developing and revising laboratory work instructions. A significant part of the job involves planning and conducting storage tests, including statistical evaluation, and actively contributing to the continuous development and maintenance of the existing Quality Assurance system, including strict adherence to internal hygiene regulations.
