Job Summary

This crucial role involves developing and implementing a consistent communication strategy within a key area of the bank, focusing heavily on supporting transformation and change management initiatives. The manager will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing internal communication campaigns to enhance the visibility and understanding of strategic projects, utilizing defined KPIs for success measurement. Key daily tasks include creating targeted, audience-specific communication materials (such as presentations, newsletters, and infographics), collaborating with change leaders across the organization, and organizing workshops to support change processes. The ideal candidate must thrive in a fully digital environment and possess proven experience in media handling, conflict management, and proactive, autonomous work, ensuring high-quality results are delivered, often communicating directly with management.

Required Skills

Education

Successfully completed a degree in Communication Sciences or a comparable qualification

Experience

  • Several years of experience in handling media and communication measures
  • Experience in supporting Change Management activities and conflict resolution
  • Experience working on multiple projects
  • Knowledge of internal operational procedures and documented regulations for the area of responsibility
