Job Summary
This role involves performing and providing expert guidance on product analysis of solid dosage forms, primarily utilizing HPLC/UPLC and GC techniques. The technician will be responsible for conducting and supporting method validations, training new team members, and collaborating cross-departmentally on planning activities. A key part of the job is independently conducting Root Cause Analyses within deviation management and optimization projects, ensuring adherence to and continuous development of laboratory quality assurance systems. The ideal candidate must have a completed chemical-technical or scientific education, mandatory prior experience with HPLC/UPLC analytics, and professional experience within the pharmaceutical industry, coupled with strong GMP knowledge. Success requires excellent communication skills, a reliable and precise work ethic, and fluency in both written and spoken German and English.
