The core responsibilities include independently managing ongoing financial accounting tasks, processing VAT pre-registrations, generating monthly financial reports, and ensuring timely payment transactions. The specialist will also handle personnel administration, travel expense reporting, and fleet organization. Candidates must have completed commercial training, such as an Office Clerk or Certified Tax Assistant, ideally coupled with several years of experience in financial accounting. Essential technical requirements include routine and confident use of DATEV and strong proficiency in MS Office programs, particularly Excel.
