Job Summary

The SAP Service Owner will be responsible for managing and delivering all SAP services within the SAP Competence Center at the Medical University Lausitz - Carl Thiem, a major healthcare provider and university. This role involves steering and monitoring service quality, ensuring key performance indicators are met, and collaborating closely with technical and functional application support teams to maintain seamless system functionality. A core focus will be supporting the implementation and optimization of the SAP S/4HANA application (SAP ERP Cloud Private), further SAP services based on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), and managing SAP interfaces. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification, coupled with several years of experience in SAP services, particularly within an SAP S/4HANA environment.
