Job Summary
This full-time position seeks a dedicated Building Services Planner specializing in ventilation systems to join the Technical Building Equipment (TGA) department in Aachen or Frankfurt. The successful candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive planning of air conditioning and ventilation systems across all service phases of the HOAI, utilizing 3D modeling techniques. Daily tasks include managing projects for diverse clients, including private investors, public authorities, and industrial customers, while rigorously monitoring and documenting quality, cost, and schedule adherence. This role requires strong coordination skills to lead communication within interdisciplinary planning teams. Candidates must hold a degree in Supply Engineering, Building Technology, or an equivalent qualification, coupled with routine expertise in planning software like Build-Up and Autodesk Revit. Fluency in German and good English skills are essential for effective communication and successful project delivery in this cooperative environment.

Successfully completed degree in Supply Engineering (TGA), Building Technology, or Facility Management, or an equivalent qualification in technical building equipment (e.g., state-certified technician)
Experience
- Professional experience in planning, consulting, and monitoring technical system components of building equipment
- Experience handling orders for private investors, the public sector, and industrial customers
- Experience working independently within cooperative, interdisciplinary planning teams
