Job Summary

This role seeks an ambitious IT Systems Technician to manage and maintain complex IT environments, focusing heavily on Microsoft server and client systems. Key responsibilities include implementing critical IT infrastructure projects, performing installation and configuration of both hardware and software, and providing expert problem analysis and resolution documented within a ticketing system. A significant part of the role involves leveraging expertise in modern Cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft 365 and Azure. Candidates must possess a relevant technical qualification, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration or IT Systems Electronics Technician, or comparable professional experience, coupled with deep knowledge of current Microsoft operating systems, virtualization, storage, backup, IT security concepts, and network technology. Excellent communication skills, strong customer orientation, and very good German proficiency are essential for active interaction with clients and manufacturers.
