Job Summary

This challenging role seeks a Laboratory Manager to lead the Quality Control (QC) of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) production within the Pharma and Life Science sectors. The successful candidate will assume technical and organizational leadership of an analytical laboratory, driving the development of robust commercial formulations and integrating effective equipment. Core responsibilities include advanced method development, analytical characterization of APIs, and ensuring strict adherence to GMP standards when creating testing documents and plans. You will oversee validation and qualification activities, manage complex change controls and deviations, and actively participate in quality audits and inspections. This position requires a PhD in Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biochemistry, or a related field, significant professional experience in drug development, and proven leadership capabilities, offering the opportunity to manage complex projects and secure an unlimited contract.
