Job Summary

This role is for an ambitious IT Technician dedicated to elevating technology solutions for clients. Day-to-day responsibilities involve providing essential first-level support by processing Service Requests and Incidents, conducting thorough error analysis, and implementing initial solutions through on-site support. The technician will perform functional tests, instruct users on new hardware and software, and manage the full lifecycle of IT systems, including setup, exchange, and decommissioning. Key technical tasks include software installation, configuration, and administration within Active Directory. Candidates must hold a completed vocational qualification, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration, or an equivalent certification. Essential professional experience includes supporting end-users and proficiency in utilizing ticketing systems. Furthermore, good knowledge of server and desktop virtualization is required.
