Job Summary

This role requires a diligent and proactive Quality Control Manager to oversee and maintain essential quality assurance systems within the pharmaceutical industry. Day-to-day tasks involve managing complex non-conformance procedures, including handling Out-of-Specification (OOS) and Out-of-Trend (OOT) results, deviations, and changes. You will coordinate root cause investigations, process customer inquiries and complaints, and rigorously review area-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and qualification documentation. A critical aspect of the role is supporting internal and external audits, including authority inspections, by providing expert knowledge. Furthermore, you will be responsible for the timely execution and documentation of quality testing for raw materials, including their release when deputizing for the Laboratory Head. Candidates must hold a completed degree in Biotechnology, Chemistry, or Pharmacy, possess practical experience in testing active ingredients or medicines, and demonstrate expertise in GMP environments. Fluency in both German and English is mandatory.
