Job Summary

This role is for an ambitious Requirements Engineer focused on implementing and managing requirements within complex technological development projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include the definition, capture, structuring, and administration of requirements within detailed specifications. You will serve as a crucial interface, coordinating requirements across customers and internal project teams, documenting processes, and analyzing project data to ensure successful delivery. A key aspect of the job involves actively contributing to the refinement and further development of requirements management methods, processes, and associated tools. Candidates must possess a completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Informatics, or an equivalent qualification, coupled with relevant professional experience in requirements management. Fluency in both German and English is mandatory.
