Job Summary
This role involves acting as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and fault reports from headquarters and various locations. Day-to-day responsibilities include the systematic recording, classification, and processing of user requests within a ticketing system, ensuring efficient resolution and appropriate forwarding of complex issues. A key function is the administration and management of the Microsoft Active Directory, alongside performing client troubleshooting and installing necessary software products on end devices. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Computer Science or a completed qualification as an IT Specialist (System Integration) and brings initial professional experience in IT support and help desk environments. Success in this position requires strong communication skills and a high degree of customer orientation.
