Job Summary

This role involves leading and coordinating all testing activities related to power electronics, such as inverters, DC/DC converters, and onboard chargers. The Test Manager will be responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases, adhering to the V-Model or agile development methodologies. Key daily tasks include overseeing test execution across various platforms (Hardware-in-the-Loop, Software-in-the-Loop, test benches, and vehicles), analyzing results, and ensuring thorough documentation. The position requires close collaboration with R&D, Quality Assurance, Project Management, and external partners, focusing on continuous optimization of testing processes and tool selection. Ideal candidates possess a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Informatics, coupled with significant experience in test management, preferably within the power electronics or automotive sectors, and familiarity with standards like ISO 26262 and tools such as CANoe and DOORS.
