Job Summary

This role involves driving the technological advancement of complex systems used in the semiconductor industry, focusing specifically on high-performance lenses and illumination systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and refining technologies and processes for adjusting these sophisticated components. Key day-to-day tasks include developing process metrics, creating tools for data collection and analysis, and implementing these processes into manufacturing. Furthermore, the role requires scientific oversight during product ramp-ups, conducting simulations and experiments for process budgeting, and coordinating development tasks within project teams. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Physics, preferably a PhD, possesses knowledge of technical optics, and demonstrates very good communication, teamwork, and assertiveness skills.
