Job Summary

This role is ideal for an ambitious Experimental Physicist looking to drive technology forward by conducting theoretical and experimental investigations focused on enhancing measurement techniques. Day-to-day responsibilities include determining the performance capabilities of existing methods and establishing specifications for future developments. You will be responsible for the creation and practical testing of functional prototypes, alongside the crucial tasks of modeling and optimizing complex measurement, calibration, and correction methods. A significant part of the job involves evaluating and improving measurement and analysis algorithms. Furthermore, you will introduce proven techniques into manufacturing and provide ongoing production support, coordinating development tasks within collaborative project teams. Key qualifications include a successful degree in Physics, strong expertise in measurement technology, and working experience with LabView. A Doctorate/PhD is considered a significant advantage.
