Job Summary

This role involves driving the development and coordination of measurement processes within interferometric measurement technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for investigating and analyzing these processes using both theoretical and experimental methods. A core part of the job is creating, testing, and optimizing algorithms for evaluation and calibration procedures, followed by their implementation into the manufacturing environment. Furthermore, the scientist will lead projects within this specialized field, focusing on the simulation and optimization of measurement and calibration processes. Key qualifications include a Master’s degree or Diploma in Physics or Mathematics (preferably with a PhD), strong programming skills (Python, MATLAB, VBA, VBS), and deep expertise in optics and optical measurement technology.
