Job Summary

As an IT Application Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of specialized applications for clients, encompassing testing, release management (upgrades/updates), change management, and problem resolution. Your role involves managing the entire application lifecycle, including comprehensive documentation. You will provide essential user support to departments and key users, offering 2nd-level support, conducting incident analysis, and proposing effective solutions. Furthermore, you will maintain continuous communication with the security team to ensure certificate management and Identity and Access Management (IAM) are secure.
