Job Summary

This role is centered on connecting people and technology by serving as the primary Technical Support Manager for national and international clients. Key responsibilities include developing, coordinating, and implementing comprehensive support service concepts for various systems, devices, and test equipment, followed by conducting necessary technical training based on these concepts. A core part of the job involves rigorous fault analysis, problem resolution for electronic devices, and maintaining detailed repair documentation. You will be responsible for generating failure statistics using MS Office (Excel) to derive appropriate corrective measures and will also lead projects or programs after the series production phase concludes. The ideal candidate holds a completed technical university degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering, possesses professional experience in technical customer care, and must be fluent in both German and English. This position requires significant global travel readiness, minimum 50%, and offers opportunities for continuous professional development.
