Job Summary

This role involves providing essential technical support and maintenance for IT infrastructure, focusing primarily on printing and multifunction devices. The IT Technician will be responsible for executing repair tasks on printers and multifunction equipment, acting as the primary technical contact for installations and troubleshooting, and providing comprehensive support for installed hardware and software. A key part of the job is ensuring the timely reporting of order status, optimizing product and service quality, and conducting customer training and instruction. The ideal candidate holds a technical qualification, such as an IT Systems Electronics Specialist or IT Specialist for System Integration, and possesses practical experience with various print and copy systems (e.g., HP, Canon, Xerox). Strong communication, persuasion, responsibility, and excellent German language skills are mandatory for success in this customer-facing role.
