Job Summary

This role involves providing essential 1st and 2nd Level IT support, acting as a crucial interface between field employees and internal departments. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and resolving issues related to hardware (laptops, desktops, iPads, iPhones, printers) and software, including proprietary applications. The specialist will also be responsible for installing new hardware/software, managing user accounts in Active Directory, and configuring mobile devices (iPhone/iPad) using the Mobileiron MDM system. The ideal candidate possesses a completed vocational training as an IT Specialist or equivalent qualification, strong hardware and software knowledge, and initial experience in 1st/2nd Level support. Success requires a high degree of service orientation, strong communication skills, and fluent German proficiency, offering an opportunity to contribute to the ongoing development of the company's IT landscape.
