Job Summary
This role is for an ambitious IT professional focused on connecting people and technology by providing essential 1st and 2nd Level support. The successful candidate will be responsible for offering technical assistance to users and system administrators across server and client levels, independently managing and resolving support tickets. A key part of the job involves contributing to and developing the team's knowledge database, conducting user training, and escalating complex, unresolved issues to 3rd Level Support. Candidates must possess a completed degree in IT System Integration or a comparable qualification, coupled with solid experience in both hardware and software user support within a ticket system and ITIL framework environment. The position requires fluent German and good English skills, offering the opportunity to advance IT infrastructure and optimize existing solutions for various clients.
