Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Automotive Hardware Development Engineer to manage the full lifecycle of hardware modules, from initial design through to successful series production readiness. Key day-to-day responsibilities include conducting precise measurements on power electronic assemblies and components, meticulously documenting development progress, and actively driving continuous process optimization initiatives using modern engineering methodologies to meet stringent quality goals. The engineer will also be responsible for technical coordination and alignment with internal departments. The ideal candidate holds a completed university degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable field, and possesses fundamental experience in hardware development, specifically within the automotive sector. Deep expertise in digital control technology is essential, along with practical experience in hardware testing. Fluency in German and good working knowledge of English are prerequisites for effective communication.
