Job Summary

This role seeks an ambitious Service Technician to join a dynamic team focused on connecting people and technology by delivering secure and sustainable solutions for high-profile clients. Day-to-day responsibilities involve the full lifecycle service of technically demanding machinery, including assembly, installation, and subsequent commissioning. A core function of the role is providing excellent customer service through meticulous analysis, rapid troubleshooting, and the execution of necessary maintenance and repair work. Furthermore, the technician will be responsible for professionally training clients on the operation of their new equipment. Candidates must possess a completed technical qualification or further training in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics, ideally paired with knowledge of control systems, hydraulics, or pneumatics. Success requires initial practical experience in machine setup and commissioning, strong technical understanding, excellent German and English skills, and a willingness to travel and be flexible.
