Job Summary

This role involves taking responsibility for the planning and design of heating and ventilation technology, adhering to the service phases outlined in the German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers (HOAI). The Project Engineer will manage complex development projects, coordinating closely with subcontractors, clients, and construction management. Key responsibilities include ensuring projects stay within budget and schedule until handover, maintaining quality management standards, and collaborating with system planners. Additionally, the role requires coordinating maintenance, repair, inspections, testing, and commissioning of refrigeration, climate control, and ventilation units and systems. Candidates must possess a degree in Building Services Engineering or equivalent, professional experience in ventilation and/or air conditioning technology, and familiarity with technical regulations like VOB and HOAI.
