Job Summary

This role is designed for an ambitious Automation Engineer or PLC Programmer keen on advancing industrial technology by connecting people and systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include the programming and commissioning of automation solutions for complex machinery and industrial production facilities. You will be tasked with developing comprehensive control concepts, drafting functional descriptions, and creating the necessary control software, including safety systems and operator interfaces (HMI). A crucial part of the job involves defining system interfaces and data communication protocols. You will verify functionality through simulations and system tests before carrying out internal and customer-site commissioning, supporting process trials and system startups. The ideal candidate holds a degree or vocational qualification in Electrical or Automation Technology and possesses practical experience with Simatic S7 and TIA systems.
