Job Summary

This Systems Engineer role involves supporting complex aerospace development projects for Airbus, focusing on In-flight Entertainment (IFE) and In-seat Power Supply (ISPS) systems. The core responsibilities include drafting detailed system requirements for both hardware and software, ensuring strict adherence to Airbus development processes, and validating system components. The engineer will manage system development tasks, coordinate integration efforts with both internal teams and external suppliers, and support crucial system verification activities in Airbus test labs and on aircraft (Ground Test Requirements). The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field, coupled with several years of professional experience in Systems Engineering. A strong understanding of E/E architecture development processes, such as the V-Model, is essential, along with excellent communication skills to manage stakeholders at all levels. This position offers an unlimited contract and flexible working arrangements.

Required Skills

Education

Successfully completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Aircraft Construction, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or comparable field; alternatively, completed technical education/certification with corresponding professional experience.

Experience
