Job Summary
This is a secure, full-time, permanent position with the Goslar District focusing on the technical building equipment (TGA) of educational facilities. The successful engineer will specialize in Heating, Ventilation, and Sanitary (HLS) systems, taking a central role in planning, executing, and monitoring complex construction, renovation, and expansion projects. Day-to-day tasks involve precise technical planning, analytical problem-solving, and managing external stakeholders, including planning offices, authorities, and construction companies. The role is crucial for developing a modern, safe, and sustainable building infrastructure, supported by an annual construction budget of approximately €12 million. Key qualifications include a relevant engineering degree (Bachelor or equivalent) in TGA and fluent German language skills (C1/C2 level). Required Skills
Education
Completed (Technical) University degree (Dipl.-Ing. (FH) or Bachelor (B.Eng.)) in Technical Building Equipment or a comparable engineering discipline.
Experience
- Professional experience in planning, executing, and monitoring new construction, extensions, modifications, and renovation measures related to Technical Building Equipment (TGA)
- Experience coordinating external planning offices, authorities, and construction companies
- Ability to quickly and comprehensively familiarize oneself with new topics

- Must provide proof of equivalence for foreign educational qualifications (ZAB required). Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills (minimum C1 GER level). Location constraints within the Goslar District (Landkreis Goslar).
