Job Summary

This role involves serving as a Planning and Project Manager for electricity networks, contributing significantly to the energy transition and ensuring reliable power supply for millions in Bavarian service areas. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing comprehensive technical concepts for low, medium voltage, and street lighting networks, and managing the connection of renewable energy plants and new consumers to the grid. The successful candidate will coordinate and lead energy projects through their entire lifecycle, from initial customer concept to final power flow. A strong focus is placed on customer satisfaction, requiring the development of customized energy solutions and close communication throughout implementation. Candidates must possess either a completed degree in Electrical Engineering or advanced training as an Electrical Engineering Master Craftsman/Technician coupled with professional experience. This position, offered by the Bayernwerk Group (an E.ON subsidiary), is a 3-year fixed-term contract and requires a strong commitment to teamwork and occupational safety.
