This role seeks a dedicated Process Technician to ensure the smooth operation of equipment within a high-tech semiconductor manufacturing environment at Bosch Dresden. The core responsibilities involve independently operating production systems, developing precise process recipes in collaboration with Process Engineers, and actively supporting experimental implementation. A critical component of the job is performing self-directed qualifications using statistical process control (SPC) and fault detection and classification (FDC) methods, alongside meticulous documentation of process and equipment issues. The technician will also manage hold material, ensuring correct handling via OCAP procedures and handover to Deviation Management. Candidates must possess a completed technical vocational qualification (e.g., Mechatronics or Microtechnology) and initial professional experience, ideally within semiconductor processes. This position requires strong teamwork, reliability, and the willingness to work within a continuous 24/7, 6:4 shift model, making it ideal for motivated professionals seeking structured shift work in a cutting-edge field.
