Job Summary

This role is for a highly skilled Broadcast Engineer responsible for guaranteeing the faultless operation and high availability of systems controlling and distributing audio and video signals. Day-to-day duties involve the planning, integration, and implementation of technical systems, spanning from initial requirements analysis through to commissioning. The engineer will also focus on the continuous optimization and further development of existing technical solutions, provide essential technical expertise during system execution, and coordinate external service providers. Key qualifications include a degree in Media Technology, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science, coupled with deep knowledge of broadcast controllers (such as KSC.Core) and media orchestration platforms like Nevion VideoIPath. Proficiency in Python scripting is mandatory, alongside expertise in signal processing and distribution using both baseband (SDI, MADI) and modern IP standards (SMPTE 2110).
