A core function involves classifying, accepting, and resolving IT disruptions via ticketing systems. Candidates must possess a completed qualification as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent, paired with strong communication and service orientation. Good knowledge of Microsoft products (Windows 10/11, Office 365, Active Directory) is essential.
