Job Summary

This role seeks an IT Service Technician to provide critical 2nd Level Onsite Support for a prominent industrial client in Hamburg. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling and processing customer inquiries and project orders primarily through ticketing systems. You will deliver hands-on technical support for Windows client environments, iOS devices, and associated networking and telecommunications infrastructure directly at the customer's location. Key qualifications include completed vocational training, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration or a comparable field, coupled with practical knowledge of current Windows operating systems and standard applications like Microsoft Office and Adobe products. Experience utilizing ticketing systems is highly beneficial. This position offers an attractive opportunity to join a sympathetic team with flexible working hours and strong development potential, initially via temporary employment with a strong option for permanent takeover. A Class B driving license and fluency in German, along with intermediate English skills (B1 level), are required.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist - Application Development, IT Specialist - System Integration, Industrial Systems Technician, IT Management Assistant, PC and Network Specialist, Assistant for Informatics, or comparable qualification.
